Sarah Schwarzenbach, dipl. Hôtelière-Restauratrice SHL, has been working as a business consultant for KATAG & Partners AG since 2022. She created various concept in Switzerland and abroad. Schwarzenbach founded her own company with whom she managed different entities during six years. After the fire at the mountain restaurant “Stafelalp” in Zermatt, she created the business plan for the temporary building and took over the management of the mountain restaurant for 5 years. Schwarzenbach has experience in construction and interior design of hotels, restaurants and apartment houses in the boutique and luxury segment.

Catia Hüppi has been working for KATAG & Partners AG since September 2023. Prior to that, she worked for seven years as Assistant Chairman of the Gastronomy Management Board at BINDELLA. Her responsibilities included the budgeting of over 45 restaurants, assisting in lease negotiations and supporting various strategic and operational matters. At the same time, she was responsible for the Restaurant National in Winterthur for five years as operational manager. She played a key role in the digitization process. For another four years, Catia Hüppi worked as an assistant and then as head of the F&B team with recipe development, strategy, quality standards and support for several new openings at HILTL. Prior to that, she worked as an operation assistant in the management and reorganization of a reception.

Michelle Jacquemai has been working for KATAG & Partners AG since July 2022. After completing her high school diploma, she undertook a one-year internship at KATAG and afterwards worked as a client advisor in the trust department. Later, she transitioned to the field of business consulting to further expand her knowledge. Concurrently, since 2023, she has been pursuing a part-time Bachelor of Business Administration at HSLU.

Professional training as a confectioner with subsequent graduation from business school. Several years of experience in the restaurant industry. Further training as a fiduciary clerk. At KATAG & Partners AG since 2015. Currently in training to become a trustee with a federal certificate.

Daniela Dettling has been working as a customer advisor for KATAG & Partners AG since 2023. Prior to this time, she completed vocational training as a hotel specialist EFZ and since then has had several years of experience in the hotel and gastronomy industry. She has held various management positions and, until recently, worked as a hostess in an «Engadin» boutique hotel Guardaval Scuol. In order to gather even more knowledge and to support our customers with the best recommendations, she is completing further training as an accounting clerk.

Arianita Cekaj has been working for KATAG & Partners AG as a client advisor since 2023. After completing her vocational training as an EFZ businesswoman at a trust company, she gained in depth professional experience in the fiduciary sector and expanded her knowledge. Since October 2022, she has been attending the higher education of Applied Sciences in business administration. Arianita is constantly training on the job to keep her knowledge up-to-date.

Esra Tellenbach has been working as a client advisor for KATAG & Partners AG since 2023. She has a degree in hotel management and many years of experience in the catering and hotel industries. She hold a management positions in several companies. Not only that, but she discovered her flair for numbers during her further training as a restaurant manager with a federal certificate. In her last position as an operations assistant, she was able to deepen this knowledge and acquire an additional educational background with further training as an accounting clerk.

Valentina Arsic has been working as a trainee for KATAG & Partners AG since 2023. She has gained valuable experience in consulting, having completed vocational training as an EFZ retail specialist. After successfully completing commercial school, she attended the higher business school at KV Lucerne alongside her internship.

Graduated from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Horw in 1985. Subsequently spent 6 years working at International Catering Services (ICS), a subsidiary of Swissair at that time and the predecessor of Gate Gourmet. Progressed from the position of Operations Manager in Cairo, Egypt to Area Controller, Corporate Controller and CFO at the company's headquarters in Zurich.

Joined KATAG in 1991, initially as a business consultant and real estate specialist. Appointed as Managing Director in 1997 and became partner and co-owner in 2002.
